i have finally collected 16000 or more points for the 1000 robux gift card but guess what? theyre out of stock, now i know that the restock can take "anywhere between days and weeks"- its been 3 months microsoft, 3 months since iv seen ANYTHING get restocked on this page, i didnt get any account suspension message or anything, nor have i put wrong region, all my regions are in india where i reside, microsoft, this is poor, poor degenerate performance by luring in users with rewards and then not standing up to it, I then visited reddit to see if everyone in india is getting the same issue, and guess what? no, everyone is getting constant refreshes and restocks, is it a microsoft policy to not allow people to redeem after they reach a certain points mark? so that they cant actually redeem things? now there are two possibilities here, first being that my account is suspended but just working, second being that you cant redeem again, i had already redeemed 800 robux a while back, and now i want to redeem again so microsoft just wont let me, and the third being this is all just a scam bro. If somebody who can fix this from microsoft's end is seeing this, please fix this issue

If your Microsoft Rewards account is suspended, you will typically see a message indicating that your Rewards account has been suspended when you try to access or redeem rewards. There is no separate page where you can manually check your suspension status.

If you are not seeing any suspension message, your account is likely not suspended.

Also, please keep in mind that Microsoft Rewards gift cards and other redemption items may go out of stock quickly. Unfortunately, Microsoft does not provide an estimated timeframe for when they will be restocked, and availability can vary by region.

Since you've mentioned that other users in India are able to redeem the same reward, I recommend contacting Microsoft Rewards Support so they can verify whether there is an issue specific to your account:

They can confirm your account status and investigate whether there is an issue affecting your ability to redeem rewards.

Quick way to check: go to rewards.microsoft.com and look at your dashboard. If your account were suspended, you'd see an explicit banner saying "Your Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended" — there's no silent or hidden suspension state. If your dashboard loads normally, shows your points balance, and lets you complete daily activities, your account is fine.

What you're actually hitting is a regional inventory problem, not a suspension. Microsoft Rewards redemption catalogs are allocated per-region with a fixed code inventory — once that quota is burned through for a given period, items show as "out of stock" until Microsoft's fulfillment team replenishes them. India specifically has been one of the hardest-hit regions for this, with users on the community forums reporting popular items like Robux, Amazon Pay, and Flipkart vouchers sitting at "out of stock" for months at a time. The frustrating part is that Microsoft doesn't publish any restock schedule, so there's no way to predict when codes drop back in.

The reason some Reddit users see restocks while you don't can come down to timing — popular reward codes sometimes get claimed within minutes of restocking, so if you're not checking the Redeem page at the right moment, it looks like nothing ever came back.

    Your practical options right now:

    • Turn on auto-redeem if it's available for that reward in your region — it'll queue your redemption automatically when stock appears
    • Check the Redeem page early in the month — restocks tend to cluster around the start of a new billing cycle
    • File a ticket at the Rewards support page (rewards.microsoft.com/support) specifically asking about Robux availability in the India region — that's the only channel where someone with backend access can actually look into it

Are you seeing all rewards as out of stock, or just the Robux card? That distinction matters — if everything is unavailable, it could point to an account-level flag worth escalating.
