I has my scans going to C drive but it now defaults to onedrive. How do I change it to cdrive. Using windows 11. Have tried to find where synchronizing and backup is through settings but cannot find it. Following instructions provided on googling. I need complete directions as to how to change scans going to one drive folders.

    Hi Jan,

Usually it depends on a few things, what app are you using the scan the documents to your PC, is that the default Windows Scan and Fax app, or are you using a scanning app provided by the printer/scanner or some other 3rd party scanning app.

Also, what is the folder location your scans now being sent to.
