why do i not receive email from Navy Federal Credit Union?

for the past 12 months I have not received email to my outlook account (provider is charter.net). Spoke with NFCU tech support and the said it is an Outlook issue. Spoke with Microsoft tech support and the said it's a NFCU issue

    Hello

    Are you saying your email address is a charter.net address, and you are using Classic Outlook email app to receive emails?

    If so, can you go to Spectrum/Charter's website, sign into their email address using their web interface, see if the email is received there. By doing this, it helps determine if the issue is between NFCU <> Charter, or is it between Charter <>Outlook email app.
