Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Good day Cristian,
Thank you for confirming that the subscription you would like to cancel is Visio Plan 2.
Just to gently clarify before we go any further, this is a community support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, don't have access to customer accounts, billing records, or internal Microsoft systems, so I can't directly investigate charges or make changes to subscriptions. However, I truly hope I can help review your situation, offer some guidance, and support you in finding the right next steps as best as possible.
Based on the information displayed in your Microsoft 365 admin center, the subscription is currently scheduled to expire on August 21, 2026.
- If recurring billing has already been turned off, no further renewal should occur after the expiration date. You can continue using Visio Plan 2 until August 21, 2026 and the subscription will remain active until that date.
Please note that turning off recurring billing doesn't immediately cancel the subscription. Instead, it prevents future renewals and allows the subscription to remain active until the end of the current paid term.
- To verify that recurring billing is turned off:
Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
Go to Billing > Your products > Select the Visio Plan 2 subscription.
Review the subscription details and confirm that Recurring billing is set to Off.
- If the option to cancel the subscription is available:
On the same subscription details page, select Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Please note that the availability of immediate cancellation depends on the subscription type, purchase channel and Microsoft's cancellation policies. In some cases, immediate cancellation may no longer be available after a certain period following the purchase or renewal date.
- If the cancel subscription option isn't available:
If recurring billing has been turned off successfully, the subscription will simply expire on August 21, 2026 and future renewal charges shouldn't be generated after that date.

I recommend creating a support request through the Microsoft 365 admin center so the billing team can review the subscription and billing records directly. This will help you connect with a live support agent who can provide further assistance.
Open Microsoft 365 admin center > Go to Support > Help & Support.
Turn off the "Support Assistant" feature.
Use the keyword "Support" to quickly bypass automated suggestions > Select Contact Support.
In the ticket description, please clearly describe the behavior, including any billing details. You can also attach screenshots or screen recordings.
Additionally, sharing your preferred contact times may help the support team handle the case more efficiently.
I hope this clarifies the situation. If you have any questions or need further support, please don’t hesitate to reach out at any time.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
