Hello,

My annual CorelDRAW Store Edition subscription was renewed automatically, and the payment was charged without my intention to continue the subscription.

I no longer use CorelDRAW and have not used the subscription since it renewed. I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.

Corel Support confirmed that the subscription was purchased through Microsoft Store and advised me to contact Microsoft regarding the refund.

Log into your Microsoft account on this link, any subscription you have should be lsited there, select the CorelDRAW subscription, click Manage and you should be able to cancel that subscription and turn off the recurring billing on the subscription:

I have already followed these steps. When I log into my Microsoft account, select the CorelDRAW subscription, and click Manage and then Cancel subscription, I receive a message stating that the subscription cannot be cancelled because the payment has already been processed.

Therefore, I am unable to cancel the subscription or request a refund through my Microsoft account.

Could you please advise me on how I can proceed or whom I should contact to request a refund?

I understand that I cannot cancel the current subscription after the payment has been processed. However, my request is not only to cancel the subscription, but also to request a refund for the automatic renewal.

Since Microsoft does not allow me to cancel the subscription or submit a refund request through my account, could you please advise me how I can request a refund from Microsoft, or provide me with the correct contact or department that handles these requests?

I would appreciate any further assistance, as I have been trying to resolve this issue since July 1 without success.
