    Hi Mimorino,

I suggest that you try using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to completely remove Realtek drivers on your system. It is best to run DDU in Safe Mode.

Disclaimer: Microsoft provides no assurances and/or warranties, implied or otherwise, and is not responsible for the information you receive from the third-party linked sites or any support related to technology.

After done so and restart your computer, please install the Realtek driver from your motherboard support page.

If you have further information, please feel free to let me know.

You are using MSI tool, so please ask MSI support for a clarification.

Realtek sound card is integrated to motherboard usually.

Please show its properties in Device manager. Show a list of output sound devices.

Please check if Realtek Audio Controller app is installed and its setings.

Please check if Realtek sound card is listed in Device manager. Each properly installed and properly operating device should be presented in the Device manager regardless of a driver installation.

If your device is absent in Device manager, it is faulty or disabled in BIOS.
