My Microsoft Account got hacked

Hello Microsoft Community

My outlook account has been compromised yesterday. The emai address was ******@outlook.com. I have no support from Microsoft, there is no way to contact them. The intruder changed the email address and username, removed my phone number and removed the account from Microsoft Authenticator.

This is very frustating and demotivating for me. Nothing can be done. I am writing this in hopes someone can help me. I can send proof that the account was mine. Please if you are a Microsoft Employee I beg of you to help me. Please.

Please note that Support can only guide you through the proper completion of the recovery form. For security reasons, they cannot access or modify your account details, as these protections are in place to prevent unauthorized access.

Here is how you contact Microsoft Support

• Go to - Contact - Microsoft Support
• In the box below "We're here to help", type hacked account, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below.
• In this section, you will need to sign in to your current Microsoft account you use here.
• Select "Other Products" under Products & Services, select "Manage Account Security" as the category, and click to confirm
• You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.
• Make sure to mention all the solutions you have taken.

Please check your email first. The system automatically sends a security alert to the account's original primary email address.

• Open the inbox of the original email address linked to your account.
• Check for recent messages from Microsoft Security and do not forget to review your Spam or Junk folders as well.
• Look for subject lines such as “Your account’s primary alias has been changed” or “Your security information has been modified.”
• Inside these emails, you’ll usually find an official link with wording like “If this wasn’t you, click here to revert the change” or “Review activity.” Clicking this link promptly will block the intruder and help you regain control of your account.
