Cannot open apps on my other laptop. says cannot reach this page for all apps!!!!

Everytime I try to open an application, it comes up with the note "Hmmmm....cannot reach this page".

    Hi,

    Does this happen to all apps or only Windows apps?
    Did this happen only recently?
    Does this happen after any update or installation on your laptop?
    May I also know what method or solutions you have already tried to fix the issue?

    In the meantime, please try restarting your PC if you have not done so yet. Restarting your PC helps fix temporary issues.
