I need my xbox account unblocked

I have lost access to an old phone number connected to my Xbox account and when trying to sign in with my password it says im blocked from too many failed sign in attempts now I know my password I just must've entered it wrong a phew too many times and the xbox account is also logged in on multiple different systems I no longer have access too so someone may have tried to sign in to my account as well with no success with lead to the blocking of my account I just simply need someone to unblock the account or change my phone number for me so I can have the security code sent to my new phone number. I have purchased over 2000$ worth of good and materials in that account and I want my access back now

Microsoft Account Security is an automated process. There is no direct phone number for account recovery. Microsoft Support Agents can not unlock an account, reset your password, or change your verification methods.

If you can complete one verification step for your account, but can't access any of the other verification methods, and have repeatedly failed the Account Recovery process, or can't use Account Recovery because your account has Two-step Verification (2FA, MFA), then you can try to request that all the verification methods be replaced.

This will put your account in a 30 day "Pending Request" state. You will have limited access to the account during this period or no access at all if the account has Two-step Verification enabled.
