OneDrive Data Deleted After Microsoft 365 Subscription Expired – Request for Data Recovery

My Microsoft 365 subscription expired, and during the period it was inactive, my OneDrive files appear to have been deleted. I have since renewed my subscription, but I can no longer find my files in OneDrive or in the Recycle Bin.

These files are extremely important, and I would like to know whether they can still be recovered from your servers or whether there are any other recovery options available.

Could you please:

• Check whether my deleted OneDrive files can still be restored.
• Advise whether there is a backend recovery option available, even if the files are no longer in the Recycle Bin.

How long was the gap between the subscription expiring and being renewed?

Just to make sure, is this Microsoft 365 personal, or business?
