Hello Microsoft Support,
I am having multiple problems with my Xbox Series X, and I currently cannot use the console at all.
The main problem is that when I turn on my Xbox Series X, it immediately goes to a system update screen. The update keeps failing and shows an error telling me that the Xbox needs to restart. However, I cannot select any options or continue because none of my controllers will connect to the console.
The controllers I currently have are not the original controllers that came with the Xbox, and I do not know where the original controllers are. I have already tried connecting the controllers directly to the Xbox with a USB cable, but they still will not connect or allow me to control anything on the screen.
Another major problem is that if I leave the Xbox on without doing anything, the console automatically shuts itself off after a short amount of time. This happens while I am stuck on the update/error screen.
Because of all these problems, I am completely locked out of my Xbox. I cannot complete the update, select any options, access the dashboard or settings, or keep the console running for very long.
I need help figuring out how to:
I would appreciate detailed instructions on what I should do next. If the console needs to be repaired or serviced, please let me know how I can arrange that.
I would really like to get my Xbox working again as soon as possible because I recently purchased GTA 6 and want to make sure my console is fully working and ready for it.
Thank you for your help.
