Why have I been suspended from playing on a Minecraft realm that I'm paying for?

My friends and I play regularly on a Minecraft realm that we're paying for, but we've recently had our accounts 'suspended' for 6 days due to messages in the in-game chat between the 4 of us.

All members of this Minecraft realm are above the age of 18, and none of us have lodged any reports regarding these in-game messages. In fact, we're very happy, playing together on this realm, and that's how we've chosen to spend our money.

Despite this, we're no longer able to access this realm for the next 6 days, and we don't appear to be getting our money back.

How can this be remedied? Many thanks in advance

    Hi,

I recommend directly requesting support from Minecraft. The issue is on Realm in Minecraft and not directly on your Microsoft account got suspended. Make sure that you choose Realm Support on Category.

It may not be the solution you were hoping for, but I hope this helps address your concern.
