Verification failed for startup credits

Hi,

We are an USA based startup and we have applied for cloud credits. Within 2 days of applying, the status shows 'failed'. No reason was given. We have healthcare AI products in production and have all the documents and EIN and everything needed. No clear option to submit a ticket for cloud credits. Who can we contact?
