Please take a screenshot of the resulting window and post it in your next response.
To check if your laptop has the necessary hardware, look closely at the F5 key on your top row. Does it have a small icon printed on it that looks like a glowing keyboard/rectangle, or is it completely blank?
If you aren't sure, you can also take a quick picture of your F5 key using your phone's camera and attach the image here in your next reply so I can take a look for you.
