Why 6th account in my family not have 1TB Onedrive Storage?

I add 6th account person to my family. And that account don't have 1TB Onedrive Storage and cannot install Office 365 to use!

Hi,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out.

Microsoft 365 Family can be shared with up to 5 other people, and each person should get their own 1 TB OneDrive storage after they accept the invitation.

Please ask the 6th person to make sure they accepted the invitation using the same Microsoft account they are using for OneDrive and Office.

Ask them to open this page while signed in to their account:

https://account.microsoft.com/services

They should check if Microsoft 365 Family is showing under their account.

Open OneDrive on the web: https://onedrive.live.com > Check the storage again > If they are using OneDrive on Windows, ask them to sign out of OneDrive, restart the computer, and sign in again with the same Microsoft account that accepted the Family invitation.

The Family organizer can also go to:

https://account.microsoft.com/family

Remove that person from the family group, then send a new invitation again.

Could you please confirm the following for the 6th account?

On https://account.microsoft.com/services, does it show Microsoft 365 Family under that account, or does it only show free Microsoft services?

On https://account.microsoft.com/family, does the organizer see that person listed as a Family member?

Is the Microsoft account signed into OneDrive the exact same account that accepted the Family invitation?

If everything above is correct and the account still only has 5 GB, then this is an account provisioning issue on Microsoft's side. In that case, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support directly so they can check why the license benefits were not assigned to that account.

Hi, if you just added the 6th person, their lack of 1TB OneDrive storage and inability to install Office apps are usually caused by the invitation not being fully accepted or a temporary propagation delay in Microsoft's servers.

If it indicates "Pending Invitation" next to their name, they have not fully joined the family group yet. Please click Resend Invitation, have them check their email, and complete the sign-up process using their own Microsoft account credentials.

I checked and the 6th person complete the sign-up process.
I waited 2 days and it still have 5GB storage not be 1TB.

Your best bet will be to contact the Microsoft Support team, and they can assist you from there.
