I need my subscription on this computer

I have an Error in Files Microsoft Office 365 Premium is not registered on this computer please help me. I am paying the $19.95 a month.

    Open Word.

    At the top right of Word, log out of Office.

    Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, is your subscription then recognized correctly.

    If not, open Word, then go to File - Account.

    On that window, click the 'Switch License' button, are you able to find your Microsoft 365 Premium subscription listed to select it.
