    Dear @Steven Reitsma,

I want to make sure you have the exact steps needed to get a dedicated enterprise account manager assigned to your organization without any further delays.

Since the community Q&A forum cannot look up or assign account managers directly, please follow these concrete paths to get the process started:

If you have not yet purchased, you can directly contact the Microsoft Sales team using the following link. They will be able to provide guidance, discuss your requirements, and arrange direct communication with a representative: Microsoft 365 Sales and Support | Microsoft 365

If you prefer immediate, live assistance to trace your account status, you can call the business deployment desk directly. You can locate the precise, toll-free business and commercial phone number for your specific country or region via the Contact Microsoft customer support | Microsoft Support

If your organization already has an existing, active tenant (even a trial or a smaller subscription plan):

    1. Have your Global Administrator log into the https://admin.cloud.microsoft/?#/homepage
    2. On the bottom right side of the navigation panel, select Help & support.
    3. Type "Request Account Manager" into the Support Assistant box.

I want to make sure you get taken care of. Please let me know if you face any issues with the links or phone lines, and I will do everything I can from this forum to point you in the right direction.

    Hi Steven

I know it’s frustrating when you’re trying to get enterprise‑level Microsoft 365 rolling and you feel like no one’s picking up the phone The path here is to get connected with a dedicated Microsoft account manager who can walk you through licensing, deployment, and long‑term support. Normally, if you already have an enterprise agreement, your account manager should be listed in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center under “Support” or “Billing.” If you don’t see anyone there, you can reach out directly through the Microsoft Enterprise Support portal or call the regional Microsoft sales office they’ll assign someone to Mobility Global.

In the meantime, you can also open a ticket via the Microsoft 365 support portal and flag it as “Enterprise setup assistance.” That usually gets routed to the right team faster. Once you’re connected, the account manager will help you plan the rollout, align licensing with your org size, and make sure you’re not left hanging.
