I cannot create an account or sign in to OneDrive. It keeps saying Account Creation Blocked.

Need to create Onedrive account with this work email. [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]

Please help unblock the IP address

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a screenshot of the exact "Account Creation Blocked" error message that appears when you try to create or sign in to OneDrive.

Based on similar cases, this message is often related to a security restriction or IP reputation check during the account creation process.

In the meantime, please try the following:

1. Use a different internet connection (for example, switch from office Wi‑Fi to a mobile hotspot).
2. Disable any VPN or proxy service if one is in use.
3. Try signing in using an InPrivate/Incognito browser window.
4. Wait 24 hours and try again if there have been multiple recent sign-up attempts
