I have 2 accounts for one drive ( don't ask how that happened)

one is full

the other one I pay for and is 4% full

most folders have a red x as it keep telling me storage is full even if I log into the account that has plenty of storage.

Was going to delete the "full account" but still need access to the email address. ItI'm worried that if i delete it then the email address will be deleted too? It is not an outlook email address. Is this true or can I delete the "full" account but still get my emails in outlook?

or is there any way to sync them together.

Appreciate the response...

    Hi Erna Kuenen

Based on your description, the issue sounds more related to OneDrive storage/sync rather than Outlook. If the problem is with OneDrive being full, red X sync errors, or switching between two OneDrive accounts, please change the topic/scope to the appropriate OneDrive / Microsoft account storage category.

    Please reply with:

    • Is the issue happening in Outlook email, such as sending, receiving, or accessing emails?
    • Or is the issue happening in OneDrive, such as storage being full, files not syncing, or red X icons?
    • Is the same Microsoft account used for both your OneDrive and your Outlook.com / Hotmail / Live / MSN email?

I would love to hear from you soon. Have a lovely day!
