This item name or type isn't allowed. Please rename the item or remove it from your OneDrive.

This message has suddenly appeared on an older laptop. I have no idea what to do either by removing the item or renaming it.

    Hello

    Can you go to your OneDrive folder, find the personal vault, get in there and move the files out of there, move them somewhere safe first.

    Then delete the personal vault.

    Refresh the OneDrive folder, it should recreate the personal vault and clear this error. You can then move the files back.
