my computer keeps crashing when i launch game how can i fix it

every time i launch a game without verifying the files my computer crashes and idk what is causing it i fixed my files and update my drivers every time i can

Please export the event logs, upload to One Drive and send here.

Press Windows key + R and type eventvwr
Within Event Viewer, expand Windows Logs.
Right-click System > Save All Events As...

1- If you're certain that the game is supported on your version of Windows, uninstall and then re-install the game.

2- Look on the website of your graphics card to see if there is a driver update that specifically addreses your game.
