Hello @Diksha Mawar
As you have shared, you have successfully completed the academic verification process for Azure for Students and received the "Verification complete!" message, but when you try to activate the offer, you are immediately met with the message:
"You do not have access. Sorry but our systems are detecting a problem with your account and are unable to validate your access."
To help troubleshoot this issue, could you please verify the following:
- The information provided in your Azure account profile (including your contact email address, street address, and phone number) is accurate.
- If you were prompted to provide payment information, ensure that the credit card details entered are correct.
- You do not already have another Microsoft account or Azure subscription associated with the same personal information, as this can sometimes affect eligibility validation.
- Try a completely different browser profile or device rather than only using Incognito/InPrivate mode, create a new browser profile with no cached Microsoft credentials.
- As this issue can sometimes occur after multiple verification attempts, you may want to wait 24-48 hours before trying to verify your eligibility again. This allows any temporary validation or account-check restrictions to clear before submitting a new verification request.
- Confirm with your school IT admin team that:
- Your student account is active.
- Your academic email domain is recognized and eligible for Azure for Students.
- There are no restrictions on Microsoft educational services for your account.

Alternative Sign-Up via GitHub: If the standard sign-up process is not working, consider signing up through the GitHub Student Developer Pack. This can be used to verify your student status and access Microsoft student offers.

If the behavior persists, I recommend contacting Azure for Education Support and providing screenshots showing the error message together with the Azure portal page showing no active subscriptions.
Kind regards,
