I purchased Microsoft 365 Personal on July 7. My subscription is active in my Microsoft account, but OneDrive still shows only the free 5 GB storage instead of 1 TB. Please refresh or reassign the OneDrive storage license on my account.

    Hi,

Please try signing out of OneDrive and then signing back in to refresh your account status.

If the issue persists, could you please check whether your storage is updated when you sign in to OneDrive on the web?

Since it has already been more than 48 hours, if your storage still has not been updated, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support directly so they can verify your subscription or license and investigate why the additional storage has not been applied to your account.

    Click this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Sign in to your Microsoft account.

Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.

Type "Chat with an agent" from the text field and press Enter.

Click "Contact support" at the bottom.

Select the product you need help with.

Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent or request a call back.
