Hi William Moore

I understand that you want to see meeting conflicts in Outlook on the web / Outlook.com Calendar. I am happy to help. Please reply with whether you are using:

  • a personal Outlook.com account, or
  • a Microsoft 365 work/school account

Meanwhile, try the steps below if your account is personal:

  • Open Outlook Calendar on the web.
  • Select New event.
  • Add the meeting title, start time, end time, and attendees.
  • Select Scheduling Assistant to review whether attendees are free or busy at the selected time.
  • If you are using a Microsoft 365 work or school account, you can also try Outlook desktop or new Outlook. In those versions, you can use Scheduling Assistant and AutoPick to help find a suitable available time for attendees and rooms. See: Use the Scheduling Assistant and Room Finder for meetings in Outlook | Microsoft Support
  • If you are using a personal Outlook.com account and only want to check conflicts on your own calendar, switch to Day or Week view and review overlapping events manually.

Please tell me how it goes. If the problem persists, please don’t hesitate to reply to this thread and I will be happy to help. Have a lovely day!

In my version of Outlook, I saw the scheduler option to the right of the date/time. I was not expecting to see it there, but it makes sense.
