I am unable to activate my recently bought office 2021 on Windows 11 laptop

Hi,

I recently bought Microsoft office 2021 and following is the product key i received. But now, when I am trying to activate, I am getting following error,

"This product can not be activated because this product key is not valid"

Can you please help with this?

For the error “This product cannot be activated because the product key is not valid” this usually means the Office product key has been blocked and will no longer work.

1. Open a website link - Contact - Microsoft Support 
2. In the box below "We're here to help", type Microsoft 365, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below. 
3. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account. 
4. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as the category, and click to confirm 
5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window. 

You can also make sure you are signing in with the same Microsoft account used to redeem or buy Office, and check whether Office appears under your account’s services or subscriptions. Activation can fail if Office is being activated with the wrong account or if multiple Office copies are installed.
