Hi All,

I hope someone can help me, I've been trying to reached out to the Data Protection team since Monday, I've created a case ID ([Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]) under a different account. Apparently the Data Protection team claims they reached out to me, but I've haven't gotten a call from them. I have called the Microsoft hotline again. They mention this will be escalated and will call me back, however similarly I've not received any call`. Appreciate if someone can help me on this.

Best regards,

    Dear @Kelvin Lee,

Thank you for reaching out. I reviewed the case associated with ticket ID and found that the phone number provided on the case appears to be incorrect. As a result, the support engineer assigned to your case was unable to reach you.

To protect your privacy, please send the following information to me via private message:

    • A correct phone number where you can be reached, or an alternative phone number if available
    • An alternative email address (optional) that can be used to contact you

For your privacy and security, please send the following information via Private Message by clicking the "Private messages" button shown below:

    Untitled

Once I receive this information, I will update the case so that the assigned engineer can reach out to you again and continue assisting with your issue.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. I appreciate your continued trust. Hope you having a nice day and really much warm regards to you as well!
