Requesting a model quota increase for Anthropic claude-sonnet-5

The self-service quota form (aka.ms/oai/stuquotarequest) repeatedly fails at its email-verification step — the verify link (verifyemail.microsoft.com/.../tokenverification/verify) returns "The request is blocked" (Azure Front Door) on all three attempts, so I cannot submit the form.

SUBSCRIPTION: Pay-As-You-Go (offer PayAsYouGo_2014-09-01), active PAYG billing (spending limit off). Not CSP, not EA.

REQUEST:

  • Model: claude-sonnet-5 (Anthropic), Version 1 — Hosted in Anthropic
  • Deployment type: DataZoneStandard (US), Region: East US 2
  • Current quota: 0 TPM (blocks all deployment)
  • Requested: 1,000,000 TPM (1,000 in thousands) + proportional RPM (~1,000)

How do I get this resolved so I can request a quota?

I am having the exact same problem. No Proxy, No VPN. Tried with our 2 different Office ISPs, all seem to be blocked.

Hi! The zero quota must be increased before the deployment can be created, but a blocked email-verification link prevents the request from reaching review. Try without a VPN or proxy, allow the verification domain through your corporate filter, and test with the subscription’s verified business contact address. If it still fails across networks, open a billing/account request with the blocked-link correlation ID and ask for assistance submitting the model quota request.
