I forgot the password I used to protect a sheet in Excel and I don't see an option to reset the password. How can I reset the password or unprotect the sheet without the password?

Unfortunately, there is no supported way to reset or recover a worksheet protection password in Excel if you don’t know it. Sorry.

Just Google for "remove excel sheet protection without knowing the password" and you get loads of hits.
