Sharefile, folder movement

On sharefile, the folders randomly move up and down instead of staying stationary and then sorting by alpha for instance. How do I keep all folders stationary?

    According to your description, does "sharefile" mean "Shared" as following image on OneDrive online?

    If yes, I would suggest you sort the folders and files via Date Shared.

    In this way, it can remain relatively static, and will not change due to the name, modification time or modification personnel.

    Currently, the Pin fucntion is not avaliable on OneDrive online.
