I'm also having this issue. I've tried installing the x86 and x64 versions as recommended and they failed.
Microsoft Visual C++2022 X86 Minimum Runtime - 14.51.36247 pop up issues
I am having issues with MIcrosoft Visual C++ when I try and open some games in Steam, like AOE2 and Poppy Playtime. I get a message from Steam Client Services asking if I want to let the App make changes to my PC, and no matter what I say I get a pop up reading Microsoft Visual C++2022 X86 Minimum Runtime - 14.51.36247 and below that in the popup it reads the feature I am trying to use is on a network that is unavaialble

Please try to download and install both x86 and x64 versions of the latest multi-installer Visual C++ 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2026 redistributable. Restart your PC after the installation. Note: Don't install the ARM64.
