I can't connect with my MCID

My issue is that when i log in in my account with my email, i have this account MCID: X
I have passed exam and i have schedule this week with MCID : Y‎
how can i change my certification profile ?

My email confirmation about my scheduled exam is send to my MCID : Y
is it possible to replace MCID: X to MCID :Y to see my true informations in my Dashboard ?
