how to fix bluetooth connection not working problem

my bluetooth are not connecting any devices. how can i fix this problem.

In my experience on this forum, many Bluetooth issues occur because the Bluetooth device has not been put into discovery mode, so it cannot be paired with the PC's Bluetooth adapter. Are your devices in discovery mode when you try to pair?
