Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Agents Fail to Open for Creator

Question

Hi everyone,

I'm running into an issue where any custom agent I create will not open for me in Microsoft 365 Copilot. When I click the agent, I get a "Something went wrong" error.

What's strange is:

• Other users can open and use my agents successfully
• The issue happens with multiple agents I created
• It also happens with a brand-new Hello World agent
• Built-in Microsoft agents work fine for me
• The agent works for me in the Edge Copilot sidebar and teams Copilot
• The issue occurs in both the M365 Copilot web experience and the Copilot desktop app

Troubleshooting already performed:

• Logged out/in
• Cleared cache/browser data
• Tested multiple browsers
• Removed and re-added knowledge files
• Created a brand-new Hello World agent
• Verified teammates can open and use the same agents

The browser console consistently shows:

TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'map')

Has anyone seen this before or know if there's a way to reset/fix agent creator metadata? It seems like the agents themselves are working, but something is failing only for my creator account.
