I have an exam scheduled OnVue, after passing all the system requirements and tests the exam fails to launch. I ended up having the exam rescheduled thrice and still unable to take up the exam.
Exam code: GH-300

There is something wrong with the OnVue application in system testing, because it complains that the application: "system" is preventing it from launching (see screenshot attached). That means the OnVue application is not compatible with the Windows operation system. More weirdly, I tested the exact same system using the exact same user account one day beforehand with OnVue and it worked but then the next day it showed such issue complaining about the application called "system". Someone from OnVue or Microsoft has to fix this.

Contact Pearson Vue, the exam provider, https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact, for issues when taking an exam

For an OnVUE launch failure after the system test passes, the supported next steps are:

    1. On exam day, run the system test again on the exact computer and internet connection planned for the exam.
    2. Sign in to the computer with local administrator permissions and stop background processes.
    3. Turn off browser pop-up blockers.
    4. Prefer a personal computer instead of a work computer, because work devices often include software that prevents the OnVUE software from launching.
    5. Check security software:
      • allow the OnVUE Secure Browser executable if needed
      • antivirus software can cause performance issues; disabling antivirus scanning during the exam may help
      • ensure security software does not block JavaScript, Adobe Air applications, or Adobe Flash Player extensions
    6. Check the network:
      • avoid proxy servers, packet inspection/filtering, or strict network security configurations
      • use a hard-wired internet connection if possible

Since the exam has already been rescheduled three times and still does not launch, the documented support path is to contact Pearson VUE support for issues when taking an exam. If a case has already been opened, the next step is to wait for the investigation and response. If there is an issue after the exam session, contact Microsoft Credentials support.
