Set up new laptop that came with windows 11. Bought Pro upgrade from Microsoft Store. The receipt says Pro upgrade purchased. Microsoft store installed Enterprise. Now my key is not working to activate. I can't change the key because I don't have it from the store. I tried resetting but it reinstalled to Enterprise. How do I get back to Pro so it will activate? Even the laptop description on my account says Enterprise.

It happen to me also, i purchased Windows 11 Pro from the microsoft store and it installed Enterprise. What the heck is going on? Now it won't activate.
