The exam was completed approximately one month ago, but the exam results have not yet been received. While it is understood that beta exam results may require additional processing time, an update on the current status and the expected timeline for the release of the results would be greatly appreciated.

Please verify:

• Whether the exam was successfully recorded.
• The current status of the exam results.
• The expected timeline for the release of the SC-500 beta exam results.
• Whether any additional action or information is required.

The exam is in beta. You are informed of this on the exam page.

You are informed before the exam starts that you will not get the results until after the exam exits the beta period. You are also informed after the exam that you will get your results two weeks after the exam goes live. Nothing will appear in your Learn profile until after your beta exam has been scored.

"When you complete a beta exam, you won’t receive a score immediately because the scoring model for the exam is not yet finalized. If you’ve taken a beta exam, you’ll receive your score about 10 days after the exam becomes available worldwide or “goes live” -- approximately 10-12 weeks after the beta period begins. This time reflects a comprehensive process including statistically analyzing results and data, evaluating the performance of each question and reading and evaluating all comments provided during the beta exam. As a result, you may not receive a score for 14 weeks depending on when in the beta process you took the exam. Please note that the beta exam process and the time it takes to receive your results may vary."

For SC-500 specifically, moderator guidance indicates the beta was available in May 2026 and the training and exam were expected to be available in July 2026. Based on that, beta results would not normally be expected after only one month.

1. A one-month wait for a beta exam result is still within the normal beta scoring window.
2. Beta exams are rescored only after the exam goes live.
