Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to report that I cannot find my certificate for the Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect (Exam AB‑100) in my Certification Dashboard, even though I successfully passed the exam on 16th July 2026.

I have checked the Certificates tab in my Microsoft Learn / Certification profile, but the certificate is not appearing yet.

Here are my details for reference:

  - **Exam Name:** Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect
```- **Exam Code:** AB‑100

- **Exam Date:** 16th July 2026

- Could you please help verify my exam status and advise when the certificate will be available, or correct the issue if there is a problem with my profile?

Exams are not certifications. The AB-100 exam is only part of the requirements for the Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect Expert certification. You must also hold one of the prerequisite certifications https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/agentic-ai-business-solutions-architect

So you mean to say without those prerequisite certification this AB100 certificate will not generate even after if I pass the exam? If it's like that then let suppose if I can give the exam and clear it from the prerequisite list then will I get this AB100 certificate in the portal? Pls clarify.

Correct, you will not get the Expert certification until you have earned one of the prerequisite certifications. If you pass one of those exams you will then earn the associate and expert certifications.

So in that case I need to reattempt AB100 again to get the certificate or it will be assigned automatically after clearing the prerequisite exam as I already passed AB100 exam? Pls confirm.

AB-100 is an exam, not a certification by itself. Passing AB-100 alone does not make a certificate appear in the dashboard.

The Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect certification requires AB-100 and one of the prerequisite certifications. If the prerequisite certification has not been completed, the certification certificate and badge will not be issued yet.

Also note:

Exam results are usually available within minutes, but it can take up to 24 hours for results to appear in the Learn profile Certifications tab.
If more than 24 hours have passed, confirm the correct Learn profile is being used. Missing credentials are often caused by signing in with a different Microsoft account than the one used to register for the exam.
If multiple Learn profiles or login accounts exist, check each account that may have been used for exam registration.
If the exam result is present but the certification is still missing after meeting all certification requirements, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
