Nonprofit Hub validation

Hi!

I am an Operations Manager for a small INGO, and am having trouble with getting my organisation validated for the nonprofit hub.

We have submitted the required official documentation for local regulator confirming we are a registered non-profit and the charitable objectives.

We have been declined as Microsoft required more documentation to clarify the organisation's activities and eligibility. I have not been able to submit a support ticket through their AI assistance as it gives me an error message each time.
I need help with getting my organisation validated. We have charity licenses already through Microsoft, therefore I am lost as to why we have not been granted nonprofit status.

Please can anyone provide guidance on if your organisation (UK based INGO) has got through verification and what documentation was supplied to verify your mission aligns with their 'mission eligibility'.

Many thanks

    Thanks for your confirmation.

Since you were able to successfully create an onmicrosoft.com account, this is likely the Global Administrator account for your Microsoft 365 business tenant. I recommend signing in with that account and attempting to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

Once signed in, please create a support request by following the instructions in the Microsoft Learn article below: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

Please let me know whether you're able to access the Admin Center and successfully submit the support request. If you encounter any errors during the process, feel free to share a screenshot or the exact error message, and I'll do my best to assist further.

    Hello @Caitlin Baker,

Thank you for providing those details.

Please understand that as a fellow community member and forum moderator, I don't have access to your nonprofit validation records and cannot verify the specific reason why the validation was declined.

Since you mentioned that you're unable to submit a support request because the site redirects you to the AI assistant, could you please try the following:

    User's image

    • When the AI chat appears, type: "I need to submit a support ticket to a human agent."

    User's image

    • A support request form should then appear, allowing you to submit your case to the nonprofit support team for review.

Could you let us know whether you're able to submit a support request using this method?

The nonprofit support team is the best group to review your organization's documentation, explain any additional eligibility requirements, and advise what further information may be needed to complete the validation process.

I look forward to your update.

    Best Regards,
