Trying to access a much needed outlook acount

I've tried multiple times to recover the account with security questions but keep getting declined.. I can give old passwords, emails sent wct ect but keep getting declined...

I really need access too this account but no longer have the phone number.. please please please help

    Im pretty sure I did have two factor authentication but not 100% positive. Last time I signed in successfully 2as about a year ago exactly...

    I can provide previous passwords and email adresses and contents recieved ect

    Also can provide phone numbers linked with account that I no longer have access to and plenty other information

    Just to confirm, did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account?

    Important: If you have an active 2FA, ACSR will inform you that your recovery request will be ignored. If you only receive a message that the recovery request is either successful or indicates insufficient information, this means that 2FA is disabled.

    Also, may I know when was the last time you successfully signed in to your account?
