AI-200 Certificate Not Available After Passing Assessment

Hello Microsoft Credentials Support,

I successfully passed the AI-200 assessment on [14th july 2026]. However, my certificate/credential is still not visible in my Microsoft Learn Credentials Dashboard after 4 days.

Kindly investigate and help me obtain the certificate.

For AI-200, this delay is expected if the exam was taken while it is still in beta. Beta exam results are released after the exam reaches general availability, and the score is made available approximately 10 days later. No action is required at this time other than waiting.

If the credential still does not appear after results are released:

1. Sign in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile.
2. Check Profile > Credentials > Certifications.
3. If multiple Learn profiles or login accounts have been used, try the other account used during exam registration.
4. If the credential is still missing, submit a case through Credentials Support:
   • Go to online support request
   • Set Product family to Learning
   • Set Product or Service to Microsoft Credentials
   • Select Professional No Charge
   • Choose Email as the contact method
   • Include the Learn username and screenshots of any issue
