Refund and cancellation of my subscription

Hello good afternoon, I need someone to contact me to process a refund for me please.

I purchased microsoft 365 last Tuesday thinking that I didn't have it yet on my computer. However my school already had it available for me at no charge. I need to cancel it now so I dont get charge for it and please could you initiate a refund for what they charged me. Can someone please contact me at -removed for privacy- and my email is <removed PII>@hotmail.com

I was looking for a phone number to contact you however its impossible to reach someone over the phone. Can someone please return my calls.
