    Hello Patrick Keighley,

I understand that the Nintendo verification message is not reaching your Outlook.com mailbox. Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors cannot access mail-delivery records or resend the verification message.

    1. In Outlook.com, check Junk Email, Deleted Items, and Other, then search for Nintendo and no-reply at accounts.nintendo.com.
    2. Select Settings > Mail > Junk email. Confirm that accounts.nintendo.com is not under Blocked senders and domains. Under Safe senders and domains, select Add safe sender, enter no-reply at accounts.nintendo.com, and save the change. See Safe Senders in Outlook.com
    3. Select Settings > Mail > Rules and temporarily disable any rule that deletes or moves Nintendo messages.
    4. Confirm that the correct email address is registered with the Nintendo Account. Then select Haven’t received the email? on the Nintendo Switch verification screen to request a new message.

Nintendo recommends allowing up to 30 minutes, checking Junk Email, allowing @accounts.nintendo.com, and requesting a new code. If the message still does not arrive, contact Nintendo Support so the sending status can be checked. Nintendo verification email troubleshooting.
