Office Home & Business 2019 Licence stopped working

Question

I have Office Home & Business 2019 for Mac. The product key was redeemed on 14 December 2024 and appears under my Microsoft account as a purchased product. I have removed Office licence files using Microsoft's licence removal tool, uninstalled Office, reinstalled it from my account, and signed in with the same Microsoft account. Word still says "No Licence Found".

1. I have two Office Home & Business 2019 licences under the same Microsoft account (one for iMac and one for laptop).
2. Word previously showed two identical licence choices, both failing with error 0x0.

If you are using Office 2019 Mac, unfortunately, there is no version that meets the minimum system requirements, and it is unsupported; consequently, you will only be able to view and print documents, but saving and editing will not be possible.
