Hi carol longley
I understand how frustrating it can be to receive such a large volume of spam messages every day, especially when you also need to check your Junk folder for legitimate emails.
To help narrow this down further, could you please confirm:
- Are the messages all coming from addresses ending in @paylionet.site, or are the domains changing each time?
Based on your description, it sounds like you're using Outlook.com on the web. If all of these messages are coming from the same domain (paylionet.site), please check whether you have already added the domain itself (not just individual email addresses) to your blocked list:
- Sign in to Outlook.com
- Select Settings > "Mail" > "Junk email".
- Under "Blocked senders and domains", add:
paylionet.site
- Select "Save". Microsoft documentation confirms that Outlook.com allows blocking entire domains, not just individual email addresses.
Also, please note that using "Report phishing" helps Microsoft improve spam filtering, but reporting a message does not automatically block future messages from that sender or domain.

Please feel free to let me know how it goes. I truly appreciate your time and understanding.
