microsoft rewards not working

I literally had more than enough points in Microsoft rewards and I redeemed a 1000 robux roblox gift card and it said something like something went wrong and when I went back to home, my point balance got charged but I got no gift card. So pls either give me back my points or send me the gift card, thank you.
