New account blocked before I could even use it ?

So I recently tried to sign up for a Bing and Ads account because I was hoping to use it to run some ads to get more business, yet my account immediately got suspended and blocked. The email even said for "egregious violations" which seems excessive to me. All I have done is provide them with the documentation that they asked for, I haven't had a chance to violate anything lol. Either way, now I seem to be stuck in a loop of not being able to access my account to fix anything, and just being blocked with support chat telling me that they basically only see what I see and my account is closed. I don't see how I could have done anything so wrong. I'm just a small business trying to grow. It is a home service business, which I know sometimes causes confusion because I dont have a customer facing office, but there has to be ways to get this fixed. I'm just trying to do good honest work for people. Thanks for taking the time to help!
