Hey there! Nice to meet you!

I'm sorry you are experiencing this.

Based on your description, your Microsoft account was compromised. The hacker was able to remove the account's primary email address/security info and replace it with their own email address.

Since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

If your Hotmail inbox or emails from a resort you booked are unexpectedly showing as @mail.atlantisbahamas.com, it could mean an unauthorized forwarder, rule, or alias has been added to your account. I would try below steps first:

Stop Unauthorized Forwarding If emails are being sent out with the wrong address, someone may have set up an automatic forwarding rule. Log into your Microsoft Outlook account. Go to Settings (gear icon) > Mail > Rules. Look for any rules you didn't create (e.g., forwarding emails containing booking confirmations to that Atlantis address) and delete them

Remove Rogue Email Aliases Atlantis may have been added as an "alias" to your Microsoft account. Go to your Microsoft Account and sign in. Click on Your info, scroll to account details, and select Edit account info. Under Account aliases, look to see if '@mail.atlantisbahamas.com' is listed. If it is, click Remove next to it so it stops acting as your identity.
