Yes, AMD Adrenaline should have the settings.

Thank you. Are there any Settings similar to Vsync in AMD graphics card control panel?

Gaming → Graphics → Advanced → Frame Rate Target Control (FRTC)Disabled (or disable Radeon Chill if you're using that as an FPS limiter)

Gaming → Graphics → Wait for Vertical Refresh → Off, Unless Application Specifies (lets the game decide V-Sync)

I look forward to hearing from you to get the results of the troubleshooting.

    Hi,

I'm going to run through a few steps with you. Some of these are diagnostic — they help me narrow down what's wrong, not fix it outright. So if nothing changes after a step, that's normal and expected, not a dead end. I'll keep going until we've got this resolved.

    1. Do you have Nvidia Graphics card?

    Via https://www.reddit.com/r/MinecraftHelp/comments/i02d08/java_minecraft_dropping_frames_when_the_window_is/

    In Nvidia Control Panel :-

Manage 3d settings -> Max framerate -> Unlimited

    And

Manage 3d settings -> Vsync -> use application settings

Also check Gsync settings in the Nvidia Control Panel too.

I look forward to hearing from you to get the results of the troubleshooting.
