I found an Old Windows 10 version of MS Paint... It is now installed and the the Windows 11 Version was deleted.

Windows 11 - 20-July-2026 Ever since the last Windows update MS Paint's "Print Preview" not longer works! Went to Settings/Apps/Installed Apps/Paint... Tried Terminate, repair,and Reset none of these processes worked. Then did an Uninstall went to the Microsoft Store downloaded MS Paint, Installed it ...Still the same bloody problem. Why is Microsoft totally messing with this app, messing up my workflow and causing me hours to try and fix it! Can someone please provide a solution that actually works!!!!!

Etaoin Shrdlu 0 Reputation points2026-08-03T01:46:50.45+00:00 I installed an older version of MS-Paint I found on the MajorGeeks website (Microsoft.Paint_10.2010.2.0_MajorGeeks.Msixbundle). As with Curt Bowles Comment (of Jul 21, 2026, 4:45 AM) it replaced the Windows 11 version. That's unfortunate because there were some features of the current version I liked, but I'm more than happy to sacrifice them to get Print Preview back!
I also found other websites offering ways to reinstall the Windows 10 version, but decided to try this one as the simplest.
As for the problem Alexandr S mentioned (on Jul 21, 2026, 4:28 PM), hopefully if that happens I can simply run the MajorGeeks installation file again, or try the other versions I've found.
Meanwhile I've had to do similar things to deal with Microsoft's "sabotage" of the OpenShell program. When is Microsoft going to learn "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"?
P.S. - If this keeps up, I may consider upgrading to a Professional version of Windows 11 so I can turn Updates off!

Unfortunately, most users have a similar problem (it is possible that Windows 10 and older versions of Windows11/MSPaint still work). Unfortunately, if there are no rollback points for the date/time when there was no problem, then the only way to fix the situation is to inform the developers (via the Settings menu-"Send feedback") and wait for them to fix the problem. Alternatively, you can use some other application to print the drawings, rather than MSPaint.
