Spotify Premium Punch Card stuck at 2/6 - Generic support responses and zero fixes. Is this an engagement scam?

Is anyone else completely stuck on the Spotify Premium Rewards punch card? Mine has been indefinitely stuck at 2/6 for over 5 days now.

The specific task that is completely broken is: "Do a quick search of your favorite artists on Bing and see if they're playing live shows near you." No matter how many times I complete this, it refuses to register.

What I've already tried:

• Signed out and back into my Microsoft account
• Not using a VPN or proxy
• Cleared all browser cache and cookies
• Tried completing it on different browsers (Safari, Firefox, Chrome) and entirely different devices, even incognito modes.

I even opened a support ticket (Service Request [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed]) and provided a detailed list of all these troubleshooting steps I had already taken. In return, I received a copy-paste response from a rep telling me to... clear my cache and try a different browser. I tried to be patient, hoping that even after immediately responding to the email with additional screenshots as requested, I would receive the support I need, but I've been completely ghosted.

Given the sheer volume of identical complaints I’m seeing online like in this Microsoft Q&A thread this is clearly a widespread backend bug on Microsoft’s end, not a user-side caching issue. Leaving a broken promotional offer active feels like a deceptive tactic to artificially drive Bing search engagement metrics without actually honoring the promised rewards.

Has anyone actually managed to get past 2/6, or successfully gotten support to manually credit the reward? Microsoft needs to acknowledge this backend issue and fix it.

Searches performed in Safari, Firefox or Chrome may not qualify, even if Bing is the search engine.
